Authorized Reseller Program Description

There is significant unmet demand for thermal comfort solutions using Radiant Optics' HotZONE^TM infrared spot heaters. Homeowners through factory facility managers have thermal comfort problems that can only be cost effectively solved with infrared spot heating.

HotZONE™ heaters range in price from less than $300 to greater than $4,000 and thermal comfort solutions typically require multiple heaters, heater control components, solution design and installation. Individual installations range in price from less than $1,000 to greater than $50,000. Customers have made cumulative purchases from less than $1,000 to in excess of $500,000.

There are many more small and large opportunities left out there!

Radiant Optics is currently growing its authorized reseller channel. We are interested in resellers who:

Serve or want to serve the new construction or facilities management markets.
Have one or more of several vertical market focuses, including, but not limited to, manufacturing, warehouse, government, retail, hospitality, aviation, recreation.
Have a strong physical presence (store front and/or sales people on the street) or a strong web presence.
Have either a local, regional or national presence in the US or a strong regional or national presence outside the US.
Are hungry to grow their businesses with the only real infrared spot heaters available today.

In return for becoming an Authorized Radiant Optics Reseller, you receive:

An excellent and unique line of infrared spot heater products for innovative spot heating solutions.
Listing on www.radiantoptics.com as an authorized reseller with a link to your website.
Sales and marketing training and support.
Spot heating solution design support.
Sales leads from Radiant Optics.
A fair and reliable channel conflict resolution process.
A minimum 25% discount on Radiant Optics products with additional discounts of up to 20% (45% total discount) for volume purchases and achieving pre-established and reasonable annual sales volumes.
Additional benefits to be added over time.

The first step in becoming an Radiant Optics Authorized Reseller is to fill out the Reseller Application form and return it to us. The form will allow us to learn a little about you and determine whether we can be great partners. After you return the application, we will contact you within 5 business days to communicate our decision. You will be asked to sign an Authorized Reseller Agreement, after which you will be welcomed to the Radiant Optics family of resellers.
