Situation Many
spring, summer and fall evenings are too cool to really enjoy being
outside on the patio. Propane "mushroom" heaters are very
ineffective beyond a short distance from the heater, and are
expensive to operate.
Solution Installed
several wall, trellis and stand-mounted plug-in, 120V,1500W electric
HotZONE™ heaters on the patio, directed at the outdoor
living space. The heaters raise the apparent temperature of the
patio by as much 20° at an operating cost of 15¢ per heater per
hour.
