Radiant Optics, Inc. Warranty

Radiant Optics, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that new goods or parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods of time from the time of delivery:

Ceramic emitter - 10 years
Gas control system - 1 year
Electric elements (used with a timer switch) - 1 year
Electric elements (continuous use) - 2000 hours (approximately 3 months)
All other heater components - 3 years

This warranty of material and workmanship specifically excludes ordinary and routine servicing and maintenance associated with the goods sold.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

Installations not made in accordance with installation instructions
Where the operation of the product varies substantially from our operating instructions
Malfunctions or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration and accident
Loss of time, inconveniences, loss of use of products, other consequential damages.

The above constitutes our sole warranty. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THEREFORE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF.
